Here is the order form for the new jerseys that I had designed for the Cougar Store.  They will be "pre-ordered"  - see the attached order form.  There is not a lot of time to get these here in time for Christmas so we have to hurry and get this out to as many people as possible.  I will do another order some time after January and only a few will be ordered for the Cougar Store.   These are amazing jerseys!  If you've seen the new Bantam & Squirts jerseys - these are made by the same company.  Also, they sell in other places from $65 to $85 - we are getting quite a deal!!  Let me know if you have questions.....thanks!
