REQUIRED PLAYER REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Please note that USA Hockey portion of your registration has changed. USA
Hockey and the South Dakota Amateur Hockey Association (SDAHA) are requiring
online registrations through USA Hockey. The USA Hockey registration is
necessary for your registration to be accepted. The cost of the USA Hockey
registration is $30. These fees have been deducted from your AHA
registration fees.
1. Go to the
www.usahockeyregistration.com and follow the instructions to
register your player(s) as soon as possible. Print the
registration receipt and
turn in with your AHA Registration forms. The waiver of
liability is part of the
USA Hockey Registration process. This process requires
a credit card. If you
do not have one, you may purchase pre-paid visa/mastercard
at local retail
stores such as Wal-Mart.
2. Please download and complete the
registration form.
3. All players must read, complete/sign the Athletic
Code and Consent to Treat
from the Registration tab of
www.aberdeenhockey.com
4. All forms and payments must be received prior to
your skater
participating in practices or tryouts.
5. Please mail
your Registration Form, Consent to Treat, a copy of your birth
certificate, USA Hockey Registration, registration fee, and jersey deposit
(separate checks) to: Lesley Farmen 602 N. Jackson St., Aberdeen, SD 57401.
